The item seems well made, but this was not a good experience. Took a month to arrive and most of that was due to her failure to ship it. I ordered on May 19. Enquired on May 28th when it hadn't shipped and was told it was going out next day. It didn't make it to the post office until June 5th, due to her rescheduling the pickup, or not being home when they came, etc. Then it was held up due to an apparent address problem with the PO. I asked her to put a trace on it - ignored. After quite a fight to get a trace on it with the US postal service, I finally received it, but I would absolutely not buy here again. Prompt shipping and good customer service are extremely important, and I did not find either of that with this seller.
